About approval of Fire safety regulations in the markets of Ukraine

According to Item 33 parts two of article 17 of the Code of civil protection of Ukraine and for the purpose of enhancement of normative legal support in the field of fire safety order:

1. Approve Fire safety regulations in the markets of Ukraine which are applied.

2. To public service of Ukraine on emergency situations (Chechetkin N. A.) organize studying by staff of subordinate bodies and divisions of requirements of this order in system of office preparation.

3. To department of forming of policy for authorities under control to the Minister and monitoring of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (Bodnar V. E.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the Chairman of Public service of Ukraine on emergency situations Chechetkin N. A.
