in Rules of cost determination of works on conducting complex non-departmental examination of construction projects of objects, and also complex town-planning examination of projects of town-planning planning of the territories of different level approved by the specified order:

add with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. The cost of the expert works performed by the accredited expert organizations with participation of industry examinations is established according to the contract between the customer and the expert organization.

Under the agreements which are carried out within public procurements, the cost of expert works cannot be lower than the cost established according to these rules.".

2. To provide to committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
