Some questions of payment of the one-time monetary assistance in case of death (death) of the employee of militia

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Allocate to the Ministry of Internal Affairs 39752 thousand hryvnias for payment of the one-time monetary assistance to families, and in case of their absence - to parents and dependents of the police officers who died during direct participation in anti-terrorist operation or the dead owing to the wounds got during such participation.

To the Ministry of Finance to perform the specified expenses at the expense of means of reserve fund of the government budget.

2. Add Item 3 of the Procedure and conditions of payment of the one-time monetary assistance in case of death (death) or the disability of the employee of militia, tax police approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 12, 2007 No. 707 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 37, Art. 1461; 2009, No. 31, Art. 1044; 2012, No. 71, the Art. 2870), after paragraph two the new paragraph of the following content:

"For determination of the extent of the monetary assistance paid to family, and in case of absence - to parents and dependents of the employee of militia, the dead during direct participation in anti-terrorist operation or the dead as a result of the wounds got during such participation cash cover proceeding from which calculation of the monetary assistance is perfromed join official pay rate, salary on special rank, percentage length-of-service allowance and other monthly additional types of cash cover (increase in official pay rate, the allowance, surcharge, remuneration, award), but no more than 5075 hryvnias per month.".
