About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and recognition No. 749 which voided resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 29, 2011

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 22, 1996 No. 118 "About creation of the Unified state register of the companies and organizations of Ukraine" (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1996, No. 6, Art. 193; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 25, Art. 1443; 2011, No. 5, the Art. 251) and of November 8, 2000 No. 1659 "About approval of the Regulations on carrying out statistical observations and provision of the state statistics of services by bodies on paid basis" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 45, Art. 1938; 2011, No. 59, the Art. 2360) changes which are applied.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 29, 2011 No. 749 "About provision by bodies of the state statistics of paid administrative service in issue of the reference from the Unified state register of the companies and organizations of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 55, the Art. 2189).

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In Regulations on the Unified state register of the companies and the organizations of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 22, 1996 No. 118:

To exclude 1) in the subitem 2 of Item 10 of the word "and references from the Register";

2) in Item 16:

in paragraph one of the word "The Reference from the Register Is Issued" shall be replaced with words "Data from the Register are provided";
