About measures for further enhancement of stock and exhibition and fair exchange trading in the Republic of Uzbekistan
For the purpose of further increase in efficiency of activities of the commodity and raw exchanges as link between the producer and the consumer of products and the efficient mechanism of market infrastructure, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for the conclusion of import contracts at the biddings of the commodity and raw exchanges of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1.
2. To the State Property Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to develop and register Regulations on clearing (clearing) houses of the commodity and raw exchanges of the republic in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan in a month.
3. Recommend to the companies and specialized foreign trade associations and firms of the ministries and departments, to members of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan, members of council of farmer, Dehkan farms and owners of garden plots of Uzbekistan to conclude bargains, as a rule, at the exchanges and fairs, having provided competition, availability and transparency of transactions.
4. To provide to national news agency of Uzbekistan the regular publication in mass media of stock exchange quotations on main types of the goods and raw materials provided by Council of the exchanges.
5. To the ministries and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan in a month in accordance with the established procedure to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
6. Make changes and additions to decisions of the Government according to appendix No. 2.
7. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Zheng V. A.
