About determination of the list of exceptional cases when separate cars, locomotives, other elements of railway vehicles can be excluded from the train for carrying out customs control

According to Article 143 of the Customs code of Ukraine I ORDER:

1. Determine that separate cars, locomotives and other elements of railway vehicles upon the demand of customs authority can be excluded from the train for implementation of customs control if carrying out such control in the train is impossible, in such exceptional cases:

1.1. Failure to provide to customs authority of the documents necessary for implementation of customs control, or provision as the bases for movement of goods of documents, counterfeit or received in the illegal way, or such which contain inveracious data.

1.2. Damages or losses of the seals, seals or other means of customs providing specified in carriage and accompanying documents.

1.3. Identification of the goods hidden from customs control, in particular with use of specially made hiding places and other means complicating identification of such goods or by provision to one goods of type of others.

1.4. Revenues to the border transfer station of the goods which are subject to sanitary and epidemiologic, veterinary, phytosanitary, radiological, environmental control and control of movement of cultural values before receipt of results of such types of control or if the weight of evidence suggests that the goods which move through customs border of Ukraine including en route, can be subject to such types of control, in particular upon the demand of relevant organs of the government.
