1. Recognize invalid orders of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

of December 3, 2012 No. 1263 "About approval of the Accounting treatment for the buyers who received warranty replacement of goods or service in warranty repair (servicing)", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 24, 2012 at No. 2158/22470;

of January 14, 2013 No. 12 "About approval of the Procedure for maintaining the register, forms of the registration statement, plea of nullity of registration and the registration certificate of subjects of the industry of program products which apply features of the taxation", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 31, 2013 at No. 199/22731.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of tax policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
