I order:

1. Approve form of the act of discrepancy of goods to the data specified in documents, necessary for implementation of customs control, on damage of goods or their packagings or marking (further - the Act) which is applied.

2. Determine that the companies moving goods through customs border of Ukraine draw up the Statement in the presence of the official of customs authority in which zone of activities it is revealed:

discrepancy of goods to the data specified in documents, necessary for implementation of customs control;

damage of goods or their packaging or marking.

The statement can be drawn up in 4 copies: the first copy is intended for the company moving goods through customs border of Ukraine, the second - for customs authority in the place of its creation, third - for customs of appointment, the fourth - for the owner of goods.

3. To customs authorities to which goods shall be declared according to their elected owner (authorized by him person) by the customs regime to adopt for implementation of customs procedures the Acts submitted the companies moving goods irrespective of the place of their creation.

4. Determine that this order is applied from the date of entry into force of the Customs code of Ukraine.
