2. (Melnik M. V.) to provide to management of customs regimes (V.V.'s Hare) and Management of legal work provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. Information analytically to customs authority (Shulyak V. P.) to finish the software taking into account requirements of the Procedure till 15.12.2003.
4. And public relations (Gunko S. O.) to provide to department of questions of interaction with mass media illumination of this order in mass media after its state registration.
5. Determine that this order becomes effective from 01.01.2004.
6. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of Service Ivanyuk M. M.
