1. Accept the offer of the Ministry of Economics, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on geology and mineral resources, the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on architecture and construction and the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on assistance to the privatized companies and development of the competition about transfer SUE UZGEORANGMETLITI from system of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on architecture and construction in system of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on geology and mineral resources (further - Goskomgeologiya).
2. Determine the main objectives and activities SUE UZGEORANGMETLITI of Goskomgeologiya of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
development for objects of mining and metallurgical industry of preproject and design and survey documentation on production and conversion of ore minerals, first of all precious and non-ferrous metals, and also uranium;
carrying out monitoring of implementation of the high-technology equipment and modern technologies in mining and metallurgical industry, assessment of their technological and financial and economic indicators;
development of effective project solutions in the field of complex development of fields with difficult mining-and-geological conditions on the basis of the analysis of achievements of world science and practice;
carrying out applied and innovative research works in the field of technology of production and complex conversion of mineral raw materials taking into account the maximum extraction of the main and accompanying valuable components;
