Bring in the order of the acting minister of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 28, 2015 No. 300 "About approval of regulations of the state services in questions of registration of the rights to real estate and registration of pledge of the personal estate which is not subject to obligatory state registration" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 11785, published in information system of law of Ad_let of September 3, 2015) the following changes:

1) in the regulations of the state Service "Registration of Pledge of the Personal Estate Which Is Not Subject to Obligatory State Registration" approved by the specified order:

"through the portal by means of IS BVU and the unified register of pledge of personal estate electronically;";

add with appendix 4 to regulations according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) in the regulations of the state service "Issue of the Certificate of the Registered Rights (Encumbrances) to Real Estate and Its Technical Characteristics" approved by the specified order:
