1. 1. The representative of the President of Ukraine for the child's rights (further - the Representative) provides implementation by the President of Ukraine of the constitutional powers on ensuring compliance with constitutional rights of the child, accomplishment of the international obligations by Ukraine in this sphere.

2. The representative is guided in the activities by the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, international treaties of Ukraine, acts of the President of Ukraine, and also this Provision.
