About holding on production of pharmaceutical products
For the purpose of further enhancement of management of pharmaceutical industry I decide:
1. Liquidate till September 1, 2017. Department of pharmaceutical industry of the Ministry of Health.
2. To provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus till September 1, 2017:
liquidation of Department of pharmaceutical industry of the Ministry of Health and creation in accordance with the established procedure holding on production of pharmaceutical products;
acceptance of other measures for implementation of this Decree.
3. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this Decree on the State Control Committee.
5. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
