According to Articles 9, 15 Laws of Ukraine "About medicines", the Presidential decree of 11.06.98 N 615/98 "About approval of Strategy of integration of Ukraine into the European Union" and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 16.02.98 N 179 "About approval of the Regulations on the State inspectorate for quality control of medicines of the Ministry of Health" and of 13.09.2000 N 1422 "About approval of the Procedure for state registration (re-registration) of medicine and the amount of collection for state registration (re-registration) of medicine"
I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for prohibition (stop) and retirement of medicines in the territory of Ukraine it (is applied).
2. To the First Deputy Chief state inspector of Ukraine on quality control of medicines V. G. Varchenko:
provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and the publication in mass media;
together with the MZ State pharmacological center of Ukraine to perform measures concerning introduction of requirements of this order in three months after its state registration.
3. To impose control of execution of the order on the Deputy State secretary of MZ of Ukraine A. P. Kartysh.
