1. Approve the Procedure for establishment of prohibition (temporary ban) and renewal of drug circulation in the territory of Ukraine which is applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of 12.12.2001 No. 497 "About approval of the Procedure for prohibition (stop) and retirement of medicines in the territory of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 28.12.2001 for No. 1091/6282.

3. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to the head of department of development of the pharmaceutical sector of industry of health care V. V. Stetsiv submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
