About modification of some presidential decrees of Ukraine

1. Make the following changes to presidential decrees of Ukraine:

1) in the Regulations on Public service of intellectual property of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 8, 2011 No. 436 (with the changes made by the Decree of April 25, 2013 No. 240):

a) in paragraph one of Item 1 of the word of "The Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "The Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine";

b) in the subitem 3 of Item 10 of the word "The Minister of Education and Science, youth and sport" to replace with the word of "Minister";

c) in the text of the Provision of the word "Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine" in all cases shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of economic development and trade of Ukraine" in the corresponding case;

2) in Regulations on the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 31, 2011 No. 634 "About the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine" (with the changes made by Decrees of February 22, 2012 No. 134, of March 30, 2012 No. 237, of June 19, 2012 No. 405, of August 15, 2013 No. 426 and of October 18, 2013 No. 565):

a) in the paragraph the second Item 1 of the word of "state policy in the field of trade" shall be replaced with words "state policy in spheres of trade, intellectual property";

b) to add Item 3 after the paragraph of the twenty sixth with the new paragraph of the following content:

"-in the field of intellectual property".

With respect thereto paragraphs of the twenty seventh - to consider the twenty ninth respectively paragraphs the twenty eighth - the thirtieth;
