About measures for further enhancement of activities of bodies of the State Tax Administration

1. Approve:

organizational structure of the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1;

structure of central office of the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2;

standard structures of the State Tax Administrations of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, areas and the city of Tashkent, and also the state tax authorities of areas (cities) according to appendices No. 3 - 4;

the extreme number of managerial personnel of territorial authorities of the State Tax Service according to appendix No. 5.

2. Establish the extreme number of managerial personnel of bodies of the State Tax Service in number of 11 903 units, including central office - 257 units from which 11 828 - are financed by means of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 75 - Special fund of financial support, social protection, development of tax authorities and contingencies of the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - Special fund).

Grant to the chairman of the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan the right:

make, if necessary, changes to the approved structures of bodies of the State Tax Service;

enter additional established posts of bodies of the State Tax Service at the expense of means of Special fund.
