I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for customs control and the customs clearance of military equipment and military vehicles crossing frontier of Ukraine for the purpose of their use when holding actions of operational and tactical nature (daleeporyadok) which is applied.
2. To management of customs regimes (V.V.'s Hare) and Management of legal work (Budakov A. Yu.) provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To administration (Pogorelova T. V.) provide replication and mailing of this order in customs authorities, Public service of export control of Ukraine and the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.
4. Determine that this order is applied from the date of entry into force of the Customs code of Ukraine of 11.07.2002 N 92-IV.
5. To impose control of execution of the order on the vice-chairman of Service Konovchenko Yu. M.
