About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 20, 2014 No. 963

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 20, 2014 No. 963 "About implementation of bank support of contracts" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 39, Art. 5259; 2015, No. 26, Art. 3904; 2017, No. 1, Art. 207).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 20, 2014 No. 963

1. To add the subitem "b" of Item 3 with the paragraph of the following content:

"the public contract determined by the Government of the Russian Federation provides treasurer providing obligations.".

2. In Rules of implementation of bank support of the contracts approved by the specified resolution:

a) add Item 5 with the paragraph of the following content:

"federal needs the customer or the supplier, - according to the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation provided by the paragraph the fourth the subitem "b" of Item 3 of the specified resolution.";

b) add Item 10 with the paragraph of the following content:

"The banks performing bank support of the contracts providing treasurer providing obligations shall be users of system of transfer of financial messages of the Central bank of the Russian Federation.";

c) in the subitem "zh" of Item 13 and the subitem "zh" of Item 14 of the word "send to the Federal Treasury" shall be replaced with words "send to the Federal Treasury through system of transfer of financial messages of the Central bank of the Russian Federation after inclusion of the Federal Treasury in the list of users of the specified system".
