In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 1, 2017 No. UP-5066 "About Measures for Radical Increase in System Effectiveness of the Prevention and Liquidation of Emergency Situations" and resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 2, 2017 No. PP-3029 "About organizational measures for further enhancement of activities of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve:

Regulations on the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1.

2. To the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan in two-month time:

approve regulations (charters) on territorial and structural subdivisions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution.

3. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 4.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the board of JSC Uzbekiston temir yullari A. Zh. Ramatov and the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. M. Dzhurayev.
