For the purpose of implementation of requirements of Article 60 of the Customs code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "About the Customs tariff of Ukraine", enhancement of control of import to customs area of Ukraine of separate goods of purpose, and also for ensuring collection in full of taxes and fees (obligatory payments) I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure of control of import to customs area of Ukraine of separate goods of purpose (further - the Procedure) which is applied.

2. To management of tariff regulation (Pashinny O. I.) and to Management of legal work (Melnik M. V.) to provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To chiefs of regional customs, customs to inform subjects of foreign economic activity and customs brokers who work in zones of activities of customs, about requirements of this order.

4. The order becomes effective in 10 days after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

5. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the deputy Chairmen of Service of Dyomin Yu. M.
