According to Item 5.11 of article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About the value added tax" and the Item "x" of article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Common customs tariff" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve applied:
the list of materials, components and the equipment which will be used for increase in safety of works on coal mines of prevention of explosions of methane, and also reduction of its emissions in the environment and are not developed by the companies in the territory of Ukraine, transactions on import (transfer) to customs area of Ukraine which are exempted from taxation on value added;
the list of materials, components and the equipment which are imported (are sent) on customs area of Ukraine for the purpose of use for increase in safety of works on coal mines, prevention of explosions of methane, and also reduction of its emissions in the environment and are not developed by the companies in the territory of Ukraine (further - goods) which are exempted from customs duty payment.
2. For the purpose of control of target use of the goods specified in lists which affirm this resolution, the State Customs Service to provide information on their customs clearance to bodies of the State Tax Service for place of registration of the import companies as taxpayers.
3. To the Ministry of Fuel and Energy together with other interested central executive bodies annually to submit to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine proposals on refining of inventories.
