About procedure for release, turnover and repayment of promissory notes when importing (transfer) to customs area of Ukraine of goods for the purpose of repair

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that:

taxpayers on value added when importing (transfer) according to the conversion mode on customs area of Ukraine of goods for the purpose of repair, including warranty, or their obrabotkimontazh, collection, installation and adjustment therefore other goods turn out, can according to the decision provide to customs authorities promissory avalized notes on the amount of import duty of the excise duty and the value added tax with repayment period which equals to the term of repair or processing of goods, but no more than 90 days, or the term established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the procedure, determined by part three of Article 232 of the Customs code of Ukraine, on condition of export of the repaired or processed goods out of limits of customs area of Ukraine. It is necessary to understand transactions on remedial action of goods as repair, their reductions in the working condition, renewals of their resource or characteristics that do not lead to change of codes of such goods according to UKTVED;

release, turnover and repayment of the specified bills of exchange is performed according to the procedure, determined by the Law of Ukraine "About transactions with raw materials supplied by the customer in the external economic relations", and taking into account the features specified in paragraph four of this Item;
