About approval of Changes in Regulations on certification of ecological auditors

According to the Law of Ukraine "About environmental audit" and to the subitem 76 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 21, 2015 No. 32, for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with the legislation I order:

1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on certification of ecological auditors approved by the order of the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment of Ukraine of January 29, 2007 No. 27, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 30, 2007 for No. 295/13562, which are applied.

2. To department of ecological safety and allowing licensed activity (Lukyanchuk S. I.) provide:

1) in the procedure established by the legislation provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

2) organization of fulfillment of requirements of this order in full.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Vakarash V. M.
