About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for execution of court decrees and other executive documents, and also material security of courts and judicial authorities I decide:
1. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. the fifth Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2008 "About procedure and sales terms to legal entities of the companies as property complexes of the unprofitable state organizations" to state the paragraph to No. 113 in the following edition:
"realization of property in the course of forced execution of court decrees and other executive documents according to the legislation on enforcement proceeding;";
1.2. "About acquisition of real estate objects for local needs" to state the paragraph of the eighth of subitem 1.9 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 9, 2010 to No. 581 in the following edition:
"realization of real estate in the course of forced execution of court decrees and other executive documents according to the legislation on enforcement proceeding;";
1.3. add the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 29, 2013 with No. 530 "About some questions of enhancement of the organization of execution of court decrees and other executive documents" Item 10-1 of the following content:
