1. In Regulations on procedure for appointment and provision to the population of subsidies for expense recovery for payment of housing and communal services, acquisition of the liquefied gas, solid and liquid oven household fuel, No. 848 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 21, 1995 (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1996, No. 2, Art. 76; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, No. 39, Art. 17; 2001, No. 52, Art. 2372; 2002, No. 51, Art. 2290; 2006, No. 50, Art. 3327; 2007, No. 39, Art. 1552; 2009, No. 37, Art. 1251; 2015, No. 22, Art. 607, No. 55, Art. 1791, No. 78, Art. 2614; 2016, No. 35, Art. 1368, No. 75, Art. 2501; 2017, No. 40, Art. 1256):

1) in Item 6:

the paragraph one to add with the offer of the following content: "The subsidy cannot be designated at the same time in place of registration of person and to the place of its actual accommodation.";

replace paragraph two with paragraphs of the following content:

"In case of the death of person to whom the subsidy for expense recovery for payment of housing and communal services was appointed the subsidy does not stop before the expiration of its appointment provided that in premises (house) other persons to whom the payment for housing and communal services is charged are registered.
