About modification and amendments in the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 6, 2015 No. 115 "About approval of Rules of certification and issue of the certificate of aviation training center of civil aviation"

1. Bring in the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 6, 2015 No. 115 "About approval of Rules of certification and issue of the certificate of aviation training center of civil aviation" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 10486, published on July 7, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following changes and amendment:

in the Rules of certification and issue of the certificate of aviation training center of civil aviation approved by the specified order:

exclude Item 3;

8) of Item 5 to exclude the subitem;

add with Item 20-1 of the following content:

"20-1. Foreign aviation training centers of civil aviation are allowed to preparation and maintenance of professional level of aviation personnel of civil aviation after recognition of their certificates by authorized body according to these rules.

For receipt of recognition of the certificate of foreign aviation training center the Request goes to authorized body in any form with indication of the training program and the trained aviation personnel.

The following documents are attached to the Request:

1) the copy of the certificate of foreign aviation training center with scope;

2) program of professional training of aviation personnel.

The authorized body within 5 working days after receipt of the Request sends inquiry, to Aviation administration of the country which issued the certificate of aviation training center, regarding its authenticity.
