According to part two of Article 95 of the Customs code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the list of check points for automobile communication through state border of Ukraine for movement by citizens of vehicles and the chassis and bodies to them it (is applied).

Through the check points specified in the list citizens import on customs area of Ukraine vehicles by codes according to UKTVED 8701, of 8702, of 8703, of 8704, of 8705, of 8711, 8716 and the chassis and bodies by codes 8706 and 8707 for vehicles of goods items 8701-8705:

for free use;

in temporary import regime in case of tax payment and charges, stipulated by the legislation;

for the purpose of transit in case of introduction of stipulated by the legislation cash pledge.

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2004.
