2. Declare invalid:

1) the order of the acting minister of transport and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 24, 2010 No. 432 "About approval of Rules of registration and requirements imposed to foreign carriers" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 6587, No. 3 published on January 7, 2011 in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper (26424));

2) the order of the acting minister of transport and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 25, 2011 No. 634 "About introduction of amendments to the order of the acting minister of transport and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 24, 2010 No. 432 "About approval of Rules of registration and requirements imposed to foreign carriers" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 7294, No. 182 published on October 9, 2011 in the Yuridicheskaya Gazeta newspaper (2172)).

3. To provide to committee of civil aviation of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
