About questions of certification of engineers land surveyors and surveying engineers

According to articles 66-1 and 68 of the Law of Ukraine "About land management", to articles 5-1, 5-2 and 24 of the Law of Ukraine "About land and cartographic activities", to Item 3 of the Section II "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of October 2, 2012 No. 5394-VI "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning deregulation of economic activity on work on land management and zemleotsenochny works" I order:

1. Approve the Operating procedure of the Qualification commission, issue and cancellation of the qualification certificate of the engineer land surveyor and surveying engineer who is applied.

2. Approve document forms which are attached:

the qualification certificate of the engineer land surveyor which is issued by Public service of Ukraine concerning geodesy, cartography and the inventory;

the statement from the State register of the certified engineers land surveyors;

the statement from the State register of the certified surveying engineers.
