RESOLUTION OF THE MINISTRY OF EMERGENCY SITUATIONS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About approval of regulations and rules on ensuring nuclear and radiation safety

(as amended on 29-06-2025)

Based on item 4 of article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 18, 2019 No. 198-Z "About radiation safety", parts one of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 10, 2022 No. 208-Z "On regulation of safety when using atomic energy", subitem 9.4 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 14, 2022 No. 405, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve:

regulations and rules on ensuring nuclear and radiation safety "Requirements to accomplishment of modifications on nuclear power plants and assessment of their safety" (are applied);

regulations and rules on ensuring nuclear and radiation safety of "The requirement to functioning of system of accounting and the analysis of operating experience of nuclear power plants" (are applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective on September 1, 2017.
