According to article 30 of the Law of Ukraine "About radio-frequency resource of Ukraine" the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization SOLVED:

1. Approve the Procedure for carrying out tenders or tenders for receipt of licenses to use by radio-frequency resource of Ukraine which is applied.

2. Bring in the Licensed conditions of use of radio-frequency resource of Ukraine approved by the decision of the National commission on questions of regulation of communication of Ukraine of August 19, 2005 No. 53, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 20, 2005 for No. 1237/11517 (with changes), the following changes:

Subitem 4.1.8 of Item 4.1 of Chapter 4 to add 1) with the new paragraph of the following content:

"By conditions of the separate tender or tender on receipt of the license to use radio-frequency resource of Ukraine features on terms of the beginning of use and complete development of radio-frequency resource according to the license can be established.";

2) in appendices:
