According to articles 59-61 of the Law of Ukraine "About electronic communications" and the subitem "d" of Item of 1 part four of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of electronic communications, radio-frequency range and provision of services of mail service" the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of electronic communications, radio-frequency range and provision of services of mail service decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for carrying out tender or auction on receipt of licenses to use by the enclosed radio-frequency range.

2. Declare invalid the decision of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization, of May 30, 2017 No. 281 "About approval of the Procedure for carrying out tenders or tenders for receipt of licenses to use radio-frequency resource of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 11, 2017 at No. 1115/30983 (with changes).

3. To submit to department of radio-frequency range in the procedure established by the legislation this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
