2. Declare invalid Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About formation of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan" No. UP-1378 of March 4, 1996.

3. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this Decree in a month.

4. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov, the secretary of the Security Council in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan V. V. Makhmudov and the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. M. Dzhurayev.

Changes and additions made to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. In appendix to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About enhancement of system of republican state bodies" No. UP-3358 of December 9, 2003:

a) in Item 6 of the Section V of the word "Cabinet of Ministers" shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Emergency Situations";

b) in Item 3 of the Section VI of the word "Cabinet of Ministers" shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Emergency Situations".
