1. Approve the enclosed Procedure for forming and maintaining the unified register of the issued certificates of conformity and the registered declarations of conformity.

In Item 1 of Rules of information exchange in case of realization by means of the integrated information system of foreign and mutual trade of general process "Forming and maintaining unified registers of the issued or accepted documents on assessment of conformity to requirements of technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (technical regulations of the Customs union)" in the part concerning the unified register of the issued certificates of conformity and the registered declarations of conformity approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of May 10, 2016 No. 39:
