About approval of regulations of the state services rendered by Space committee of the Ministry of the defense and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Approve:

1) regulations of the state service "Licensing for Implementation of Activities in the field of Use of Space" according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) regulations of the state service "State Registration of Space Objects and Rights to Them" according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Chairman of National space agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 12, 2014 No. 33/Tax Code "About Approval of Regulations of the State Services Rendered by the National Space Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan for No. 9314, published in information system of law of Ad_let on April 18, 2014, in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper on July 31, 2014 No. 147 (27768).

3. To space committee of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Musabayev T. A.) provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
