About approval of Changes in State standard of social service of mediation (mediation)

According to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2015 No. 423 (with changes), and for the purpose of reduction in compliance of State standard of social service of mediation (mediation) with requirements of the current legislation I order:

1. Approve Changes in the State standard of social service of mediation (mediation) approved by the order of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine of August 17, 2016 No. 892, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 12, 2016 at No. 1243/29373, which are applied.

2. (I. Pinchuk) to provide to management of prevention of social orphanhood submission in accordance with the established procedure of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister N. Fedorovich.

Changes in State standard of social service of mediation (mediation)

1. In the Section I:

Item 2 paragraph two after the word "service" to add 1) with the words "regarding carrying out mediation";

2) in item 4:

state paragraph two in the following edition:

"Consent on application of mediation (mediation) - written consent (statement) of the parties for negotiation for the purpose of settlement of conflict/dispute with participation of intermediary/mediator;";
