About approval of State standard of social service of mediation (mediation)

According to the paragraph to the fourteenth article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "About social services", to Item 7 of the Actions plan for 2013-2016 on strategy implementation of reforming of system of the provision of social services approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 13, 2013 No. 208, I order:

1. Approve State standard of social service of mediation (mediation) which is applied.

2. And to provision of social services of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine (A. Sulim) to provide to management for elderly people submission in accordance with the established procedure of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister V. Mushchinin.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
