About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine of April 2, 2008 No. 173

According to item 4 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 14, 2016 to No. 978 "Some questions of social protection of children with disability and persons with disability", to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2015 No. 423 (with changes), for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine in compliance with the current legislation I order:

1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine of April 2, 2008 No. 173 "About approval of standard regulations on the children's house nursing home, youth department of the children's house nursing home of system of work and social protection of the population", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 23, 2008 for No. 675/15366, such changes:

Heading of the order to state 1) in the following edition:

"About approval of the Standard regulations on youth department of the children's house nursing home";

Item 1 of the order to state 2) in the following edition:

"Approve Standard regulations on youth department of the children's house nursing home which are applied.".

2. To management for elderly people and provision of social services (Sulima A. V.) provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Fedorovich N. V.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
