in the Rules of scheduling of supply of the liquefied oil gas to the domestic market of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Rules) approved by the specified order:

The gas-network organization enables the realization of the liquefied oil gas acquired within the delivery plan, to consumers and (or) owners of autogas-filling stations and (or) gas-filling Items in regions according to the submitted request and taking into account Item 10 of article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 9, 2012 "About gas and gas supply".";

be reworded as follows appendix 1 and 2 according to appendix to this order.

2. To provide to development department of the gas industry of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
