1. Approve State standard of social maintenance of families in which the orphan children and children deprived of parent guardianship which is applied are brought up.

2. And adoptions (R. Kolbas) to provide to department of protection of the rights of children representation in the procedure for this order established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister A. Privalov.
