For the purpose of streamlining of the relations in the field of compensation, material stimulation and compensation payments of the Center for management of the state assets under the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on assistance to the privatized companies and development of the competition the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Item 8 of the Regulations on the Center for management of the state assets under the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on assistance to the privatized companies and development of the competition, the Cabinet of Ministers approved by the resolution of June 11, 2013 No. 165 (joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2013, No. 6, Art. 37), to state in the following edition:
"8. Payment terms of work, material stimulation and compensation payments, stipulated by the legislation and departmental acts for Goskomkonkurention's workers, irrespective of sources of their payment extend to employees of the Center.
At the same time employees of the Center are stimulated with payment of remunerations following the results of activities in year in the amount up to six official pay rates which specific size is determined by the decision of the head of the Center depending on overall performance of each worker in coordination with the chairman Goskomkonkurention.".
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan D. A. Kuchkarov and the chairman of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on assistance to the privatized companies and development of the competition of R. A. Gulyamov.
