According to presidential decrees of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 14, 2019 and of January 17, 2019 the No. UP-5635 "About the State Program on Strategy Implementation of Actions in Five Priority Directions of Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017-2021 in " Year of Active Investments and Social Development "" Cabinet of Ministers decides No. UP-5630 "About Measures for Radical Enhancement of Management System State Assets, Anti-monopoly Regulation and Capital Market":

1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1.

2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.

3. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the director of the Agency on management of the state assets of the Republic of Uzbekistan S.Kh. Bekenov, the chairman of the Antimonopoly Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan N. N. Sharipov and the director of the Agency on market development of the capital of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. A. Nazirov.

Changes and additions made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 1, 1993 No. 114 "About further privatization of the state housing stock in the Republic of Uzbekistan":

a) in Item 5 the word of Goskomkonkurention shall be replaced with words "Agencies on management of the state assets";

b) in Item 6 shall be replaced with words the word of Goskomkonkurention to "Agency on management of the state assets";

c) in paragraph one of Item 16 of appendix No. 2 of the word "Goskomkonkurention of the Republic of Uzbekistan (in the city of Tashkent - the State unitary enterprise "Center of Issue of the State Warrants and Data for Housing of the City of Tashkent")" shall be replaced with words "territorial administrations of the Agency on management of the state assets of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
