1. Approve:

structure of the Center for management of the state assets under the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on assistance to the privatized companies and development of the competition to the extreme number of managerial personnel in number of 35 units according to appendix No. 1;

Regulations on the Center for management of the state assets under the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on assistance to the privatized companies and development of the competition according to appendix No. 2.

2. To the state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on privatization, demonopolization and development of the competition (further - Goskomkonkurention) to transfer to the Center for management of the state assets (further - the Center) to ownership and use, without the order right:

the state blocks of shares in authorized capitals of joint-stock companies according to appendix No. 3;
