About modification of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for payment of social grants to students (cadets) of higher educational institutions

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for payment of social grants to students (cadets) of higher educational institutions, No. 1045 "Some questions of payment of social grants to students (cadets) of higher educational institutions" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2016 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 4, the Art. 148, No. 18, the Art. 510), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for payment of social grants to students (cadets) of higher educational institutions

1. In item 4:

Subitem 4 to state 1) in the following edition:

"4) persons which became students (cadets) within three years after receipt of basic and/or complete general secondary education which parents are miners who have at least 15 years of years of service of underground work or died as a result of labor accident or which establishes disability of I or II groups, according to article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About increase in prestigiousness of miner's work";";

2) in subitem 10 the word of "handicapped children" shall be replaced with words "children with disability";
