About additional measures for realization of the state assets for the purpose of health care private sector development

In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 1, 2017 No. PP-2863 "About measures for further private sector development of health care", and also for the purpose of stimulation of activities of the private medical organizations, privatization of inefficiently functioning state medical organizations, expansion of the sector of private medical services:

1. Accept offers of the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on assistance to the privatized companies and development of the competition on realization to subjects of entrepreneurship according to the procedure of privatization of the state assets of the state medical organizations performing inefficient activities for further increase in share of private medical services.

2. Approve the List of the state medical organizations which state assets are implemented at the biddings according to the procedure of privatization, with condition of preserving type of their activities within 10 years, according to appendix.

3. Determine that in case of equivalence of proposals of participants under the terms of the biddings, preference in the course of privatization is given to the bidder who is the member of labor collective of the state medical organization which state assets are implemented according to the procedure of privatization.

4. To the state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on assistance to the privatized companies and development of the competition together with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

provide approval of the scheduled plan of assessment, exposure to the biddings and realization to subjects of entrepreneurship of the state assets of the state medical organizations included in the list approved by this resolution;
