About modification and amendments in Regulations on special procedure for realization of strategic types of material resources
For the purpose of streamlining of the mechanism of settlement between the Management committee the state reserves under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the organizations of JSC Uzbekneftegaz when forming the state strategic reserve, and also expense reduction on budgetary appropriations the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make change and addition to the Regulations on special procedure for realization of strategic types of material resources approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of February 5, 2004 No. 57 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2004, No. 2, the Art. 10), according to appendix.
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Ibragimov G. I., the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the board of JSC Uzagrotekhsanoatholding N. S. Otazhonov, the chairman of the board of JSC Uzbekneftegaz A. S. Sultanov and the chairman of the Management committee the state reserves under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of M. M. Kurbanov.
