About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - Part (2) article 4 of the Law on the administrative-territorial device of the Republic of Moldova No. 764/2001 (2002, 16, Art. 53), with subsequent changes and amendments, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to No. in the following edition:

Art. II. - In appendix to the Law on the Standard statute of the village (commune), city (municipium) No. 436/2003 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 244-247, 972), with subsequent changes, to make the following change and addition:

in Item 1 of the word "with Item d) parts (2) article 18 of the Law on local public authority No. 123-XV of March 18, 2003" shall be replaced with words "with Item m) parts (2) article 14 of the Law on local public authority No. 436/2006";

add Item 2 with words ", except for the statute of municipium of Chisinau and the statute of municipium of Belts which are regulated by the organic laws.".

Art. III. - In the Law on local public authority No. 436/2006 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 32-35, 116), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1. Item m) parts (articles 14 after the word of "(municipium)" to add 2) with words ", except for the statute of municipium of Chisinau and the statute of municipium of Belts which are regulated by the organic laws,".
