In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 21, 2017 No. UP-5024 "About Enhancement of System of Public Administration in the field of Ecology and Environmental Protection" and resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 21, 2017 No. PP-2915 "About measures for providing the organization of activities of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for ecology and environmental protection" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Make changes to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1.

2. Approve the Plan the schedule of modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the chairman of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on ecology and environmental protection B. T. Kuchkarov and Information analysis department concerning health care, ecology, environmental protections, physical culture and sport of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The changes made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 18.04.2019 No. 331
