1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 29, 2015 No. 489 "About determination of the licensor on implementation of licensing of activities in spheres of oil and gas, servicing of physical persons and legal entities and modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 26, 2012 No. 1684 "About some questions of licensing of activities for performance of works and rendering services in the field of environmental protection" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2015, No. 36, the Art. 257) the following changes:

"1. Determine licensors by implementation of licensing of activities according to appendix to this resolution:

1) in the field of oil and gas - Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) in the field of servicing of physical persons and legal entities - Committee of ecological regulation and control of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";

to be reworded as follows appendix to the specified resolution according to appendix to this resolution.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
